Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 and was the child of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts to settle in Atlanta. In the early years, her father started to be interested in the theater. He was an actor on at the Emory University campus in 1952 and also in other productions throughout Atlanta. While stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi he was played as a soldier in a play with Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter was an undergraduate at Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. In the year 1957, they left the airforce and Walter started his education at Tulane. In 1960 the family moved from Louisiana to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working with Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local children's Saturday morning television show Bum Bum and His Buddies and their Buddies, which they themselves funded. The following year they started The Actors and Writers Workshop which ran for six years. In 1965, they welcomed two more children into their lives: Lelisa Billingsley along with Julia Billingsley.
