Alisha was born in Florida on 14 July 1989. Her first role as an actor was in the 2008 short Murder on Her Mind. She pursued acting full-time in the decade of 2010 when she filmed her debut film role in the 2014 film Just Before I Go. Her TV roles include one-episode appearances in Criminal Minds (TV show) as well as Married. She was born on the 7th of October in Dallas, Texas, USA in the United States where she was raised and grew up with siblings and parents. Holland Roden studied from Hockaday School which was a girls' private school. She has a background in medicine and her whole family was involved in women's studies and molecular science at UCLA. Holland Roden, who wanted to be a thoracic and cardiothoracic surgeon, attended premedical classes during a couple of years. Later, she decided to go into acting. She then continued to play single-camera episodes on different shows like Major Crimes (Switched at Birth) as well as Switched at Birth. Then, she played Nurse Kelsey on two episodes of General Hospital. She played Maia Roberts, the Freeform show Shadowhunters from 2017 until 2019. Following that, she appeared in the Netflix series Raising Dion. The actress will be in the forthcoming film Palmer with Justin Timberlake.
